trust the bad reviews. awful customer service, i scheduled a pickup today for a few items in bags labeled at my front door. driver showed up, decided it was too much work and left saying I didnt have any items. I called and they said he said I didnt have items out, she confirmed in the picture I did. Then she said I didnt label them all. They were all labled with a huge sign on the door saying Pickup Please take ALL bags thank you! Awful company and so rude. Take your items to goodwill and read the other reviews.

On their website, I scheduled a pickup for books, just books. The website gave a checkbox for books so I checked the box for "Books". I placed them on the porch, shrink-wrapped in several bundles and waited for pickup. The driver arrived, looked at the stack of books and said, "Just books? We don't take books." He supposedly called his supervisor and the driver said the supervisor would call me --- which he NEVER did. Driver said the supervisor said "no books" and the driver left without picking up my donation of books.

I then called their 800 number and the guy on the phone tried to twist the facts by saying the driver didn't pick up the books "because they weren't in boxes or bags." THAT IS NOT WHAT THE ONSITE DRIVER OR HIS SUPERVISOR SAID -- THEY SAID "WE DON'T TAKE BOOKS". Period. No, they want the family jewels instead.

I will NEVER try to donate to this organization again. They are LIARS!

This is a wonderful service. You out the stuff and they pick it up. Easy peasy. I recommend this to everyone. It leaves zero excuse for getting rid of old or unwanted items and clutter.

I’ve scheduled pick ups with them for many years and always had an issue. Whether it was they said nothing was left out (which was a lie) and they can’t come back or it was they don’t receive those items (even after they told me that you do). I have always left my stuff inside my backyard right by the back gate. At my last pick up, they told me they cannot go into my home (backyard), so for today’s pick up, I left it outside of my garage in a back alley. I received a call that said nothing was at the front door. I told them that I had mentioned to come to the back. The girl who called said that they were told to pick up in the front. I informed her that if that’s what I marked, I apologize, but the items are in the back alley. She also said that there was a mention in my account that they are not allowed to go inside my home. I told her that I understood and I was informed of it last time And that I left it in the back alley. The representative snapped at me and said, “Let me finish what I have to say or I could just tell the driver to leave.” I told her that all I was doing is letting you know that it is in the back alley. She hung up on me. When I walked to my front door to tell the driver to come to the back, he told me that they called him and told him not to pick up. When I called customer service and asked to speak with some one I can report an incident to, I was given a manager. When I tried to explain the situation the manager she listened, but at the end, she said that they will no longer allow me to schedule more pick ups and hung up on me. She did not even explain why. If management can’t be professional, you can expect the representatives to. Totally unprofessional! What a disaster!!!

I’ve scheduled pickups from this place many times. Never had any issues. But today August first I had a scheduled pickup waited all day for them to come. Nothing! Called the Covina location twice but unfortunately the lady who answered the phone wasn’t much help just said I had to wait till 5;00 pm. Well 5:00 has come and gone. Still nothing. The lady in the phone just said I would have to reschedule. Who wants to reschedule and not know if they’ll show up again! Very disappointing !
