⭐ 1 STAR

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with an employee named Stephan at the Fullerton Goodwill. His behavior toward me was rude, sarcastic, snarky, and completely unprofessional. He is a horrible representation of good customer service.

While I was shopping, Stephan repeatedly followed me around the store, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He also made an insulting comment about my perfume saying "You smell like somethings burning or maybe it's just me" then he laughs very sarcastically. What really crossed the line was when I found an item that had TWO different prices on it. Instead of simply addressing the pricing discrepancy professionally, Stephan treated me as though I had done something wrong, I'm the one that pointed out the discrepancy. Yet he heavily insinuated that I tried to change the price. He was very passive aggressive by saying "Somebody was trying to do something fraudulent but failed!" I responded to him by saying " I don't think anyone tried to do anything fraudulent, I think it was an honest mistake. " I was surprised that he was so quick to think that it was something suspicious rather than giving the situation the benefit of the doubt. He was too busy insulting me in every way he could possibly think of. I worked retail for many years and I know that items being mismarked is extremely common. These things happen all the time.

I came into Goodwill to shop, not to be followed around, insulted, or treated like I was dishonest because the store had an item marked with two different prices.

Stephan's attitude throughout the interaction was sarcastic and unnecessarily disrespectful. In my opinion, someone who treats customers this way should not be in a customer-facing position, and management needs to take this complaint seriously and review his conduct. I left Goodwill Fullerton feeling targeted, bullied and disrespected.

I have no problem being questioned respectfully if there is a legitimate concern, but there is absolutely no excuse for humiliating or disrespecting a paying customer or anyone. This experience was unacceptable, and I will be contacting management regarding Stephan's behavior.

Wait 15 minutes to tell me that they can't sell me product due to no price tag... Well half of your items have no price tags. I said everyday someone should be repricing non tagged item or at least remove them from shelf- have a bin where they can be tossed into. She is told every day of this problem. Well come up with a solution Goodwill! Instead of fiddling your thumbs. Lots of parking, sweet staff but this Goodwill sucks!

Once I see them pull all the week sale color items out of the floor (last week). And this week you hardly to see once item with the sale color too. So dishonest! Price is overpriced compare to neighbors goodwill! Wednesday morning and that the kitchen line if you care...

Update: The small items are now price resonably compared to other Goodwill. Polite staffs, very impressed. Still can not check about they pull the color of the week, but in Tuesday evening, thrre are still many half off color items.

Super Small, Smells bad, Very ugly shelves
$15 for all pants
$8 for any shirt
$5 for nasty scratched plates
$5 for small clay pot
$20 for dirty adidas
Clothing Aisles only fit 1 person!!!
Nice updated key fitting room but i couldn't flag a worker down
Saw one worker on the floor
Prices are ridiculous
I spent $45 total and the young girl wouldn't even give me the heavy duty hanger for the jacket.
They also didn't have large bags so i had to carry out my jacket

It's a thrift store 501c3 that "hires people with disabilities" at that!
Humble yourself and bring down those prices. People would be able to buy more
I didn't see one person with a developmental disability working that you claim to give jobs to
Most Goodwill's have 1-2 workers and that's it
So don't bull me on prices and that's why you have to have them so high

Shop at your small business local thrift store

Goodwill thinks they live in Beverly hills
501c3 !!!!!!!
