DO NOT COME HERE FOR ANY SERVICES!!!!!!!! Unless you want your car to come back damaged.

I brought my car in to get a tire patched, and everything seemed to be going fine. It wasn’t until the next day that I noticed my rim was badly scratched.

I immediately contacted the dealership, but unfortunately, they did not want to take accountability for the damage. After going back and forth, they eventually agreed to fix the rim, but refused to replace it.

Mind you, I’ve had this car for less than two months, and it was in great condition before I brought it here. Now, because of their service, I’m left with a damaged rim that I should never have had to deal with in the first place.

If you’re trusting a dealership with your vehicle, you expect them to take care of it—not return it damaged and then avoid responsibility. I would not recommend coming here for any service.

I’d like to give Maria at McGrath Acura Downtown a 5-star review! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately got down to business. She took the time to ask what I was looking for in a vehicle and showed me a couple of different options without making me feel pressured.

It was a rainy day, so we sat in her office and went over the numbers. Once the rain stopped, she took me out for a test drive—and that’s when I was sold! I ended up driving away in a brand-new vehicle right off the showroom floor with only 20 miles on it and a low APR! 🙌🏽🚗

Wow where do I start , Peter at downtown Chicago Acura he was totally amazing. Peter made shopping for a car very comfortable his customer service outstanding. He was persistent but not aggressive conversation with him was very welcoming we laughed and we compromised I got what I wanted and he made the sale and he even kept a promise he made me .I will surely recommend him and the Acura dealership to to anyone I know looking for a car.Great job guys.
