This is my first time leasing from Tyler Honda (fourth overall Honda lease but with a different dealership) and I will definitely be back for my next lease! Dave Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is very kind, personable, knowledgable (about many subjects - not just cars!), and communicative throughout the whole process. I wanted a very specific vehicle and he was able to find one for me, even with very limited inventory nationwide. The pricing was great - I was able to upgrade to a higher trim level for roughly the same as what I was paying with my current lease! The previous Honda dealership I worked with has gone very downhill so I am glad I was able to work with Tyler. Great experience and will recommend you to go see Dave Kelly!

I brought my vehicle to Tyler Honda on July 29 specifically to have a MICU that I had purchased installed. I had already had the vehicle diagnosed at an independent repair shop and declined additional diagnostic services because I was only asking Tyler Honda to install the part.

The MICU was installed and programmed, and I paid approximately $3,000 for the part and service.

When I picked up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a new “Keyless Entry” warning that had not been present before the vehicle went in. I took it back to the independent shop that had previously diagnosed my vehicle, and they found that the keyless-entry antenna located in the trunk was unplugged.

I contacted Tyler Honda to ask why the trunk had been accessed and why the antenna was unplugged. After speaking with the technician and management, Tyler Honda told me that accessing the trunk was not required for the MICU replacement, that the keyless-entry antenna was not part of the repair process, and that they could not explain how the antenna became unplugged. They also provided me with their repair documentation, which contains no notation regarding the antenna or trunk area.

To be fair, Tyler Honda has stated that they did not intentionally disconnect the antenna and that they cannot determine how it became unplugged. I am not claiming to know who disconnected it. However, I find it extremely concerning that my vehicle developed a new warning immediately after service and an independent technician subsequently found a related component physically unplugged, particularly when Tyler Honda confirmed that component was not necessary to access for the repair.

I appreciate that management ultimately responded to me and provided the paperwork I requested. However, I expected to leave the dealership with my vehicle in the same condition, aside from the work I specifically paid for. Instead, I had to take the vehicle elsewhere to identify and correct a new issue that appeared immediately after the service.

I am sharing this experience so other customers can make an informed decision about where they have their vehicles serviced.

I’m a “three strikes, you’re out” girl, and I will say that my family and I have had at least three incidents at this particular location that left us feeling that they were somewhat slimy in their business actions. Make the drive to a separate Honda location, because I certainly will.

I cannot say enough about how well I was treated at Tyler Honda in Stevensville! Bob Clarke was amazing! He was patient, kind and fair. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Never get any good price deals. Customer service w service cumbersome. Poor salesman when I leased this last car. Did not tell me the 2023 had lots of electronics missing that I was use to like blind spot sectors. Something about Covid prices and parts. I heard thru another supplier there was parts to install this part now on vehicle. Part is $600+ and was told by one a couple hundred to install. Now $800. No one seems to have a conversation w me on these type of questions. I asked for a deal since a 20+ year Honda owner and no real response. The sales lady I worked with this time to buyout lease was very knowledgeable and helpful. But they can never give you a ballpark on service. Come on. It pretty much starts at $3400 for 5 year bumper to bumper and $1200 for gap insurance so I’m really paying more now than just the car loan. Ugh

I am thrilled with my experience purchasing the new 2026 Camry yesterday! The entire process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to Shiana, who was absolutely wonderful and made everything so easy, and whose follow-ups were excellent. Mark was equally fantastic in handling the financing. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the outstanding service I received.
