Got a deal on last year model tractor, process seemed a little long but was worth the time spent going thru dealer buying process. Delivery was delayed too, showed up a few weeks late and didn't take time to provide maintenance or operation, YouTube has helped with that. Some stuff is in stock for filters and parts, pricing can be high or low, depending on what it is so you might want to shop so you have an idea what other parts providers generally charge. Staff are very nice and down to earth, straight shooters and don't waste your time like I experienced at 2 other dealers. Would buy from them again.

Horrible customer service!!!
I've been 'on the schedule' to have some work done on my new holland skid steer for months now!
every time I have scheduled them to come service it they ghost me.
No calls, no follow-up. I just get to wait and wait and wait.

I would urge anyone considering buying New Holland branded equipment in this area to seriously reconsider your investment!

If it breaks, and it probably will, your closest service options will be down in Salem or way out in Washington.

Be aware! Our Ontario rock quarry was quoted $28,000 by Tom, their salesman, for a used skid steer. After management approved the deal they sent validating documentation. When we sent the certified funds, the management axed the deal refusing to honor the deal that was offered to us.

Later Mark wanted us to send him copies of the offer so he could see what the owners could do so we sent copies of the requested documentation. No response was ever returned and he refused to honor the price Burrows Equipment offered.

Save your company and yourself from the head ache and trouble of dealing with an unrepeatable company that will not back their salesman.
