This was our first experience boarding our two fur babies and it couldn’t have been better! From check in, everyone was friendly, excited to see the dogs and were very informative of the whole process of the stay (Sarah was who helped us and was so kind and great to work with)! Our dogs both got bathed and groomed by Deidre and smell and look amazing! We had an overall great experience and will be back! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

I boarded my cat at PetSuites for a week. The staff is friendly, helpful and sensitive to the fact that my cat can be on edge any time he is not at home. The check-in and checkout processes are efficient. My only complaint is concerning the parking. For some reason, the parking was totally full at the Erlanger location when I arrived to pick up my cat. I can only guess there was an event of some kind as there were only a handful of people in the front lobby, no where near equal to the number of vehicles in the lot. Maybe consider limiting attendance at whatever the event was as it was frustrating trying to jockey for a parking space.

My fur-baby was a drop-in, sort of, at Pet Suites. They welcomed us into the facility without hesitation. Of course, his vaccines had to be and are up to date.We were in town to visit the Creation Museum and wanted Marvin to enjoy his day while we enjoyed ours. The staff made sure he did..You guys did a great job. Thank you. 😊

This facility is fantastic because of all the great employees they have. Each one of them makes me feel special. They do a great job taking care of my German Shepherd Bailey. She also loves the grooming appointments we have there too. They are the best we have ever worked with.
