We boarded our 2 dogs, Koko and Leo with Wag.

From the initial call to the final boarding, Wag staff was kind, understanding, and extremely helpful in accommodating our 2 dogs. It was also wonderful to get daily pictures from WAG, as well as the live cam feeds they had set up.

When we went to pick them up, they looked super happy and energetic. We had requested a bath before pickup, and both of them looked clean and well cared for.

We are incredibly grateful to Wag staff and their facility. Not many boarding places are as accepting and kind.

We would be boarding our dogs at Wag going forward. Thank you so much Wag team!

For years we never needed to board our little Yorkiepoo then we moved out here to CA and don’t have family to watch her, thus finding Wag Hotels :-)
I hate leaving my baby but at Wag Hotels, I can handle it. They are so great! I can’t say enough good things about them! The staff really seem to care and love your baby for you. I love the daily pics! That what seals the deal for me. She looks happy in the pics. It’s reasonably priced compared to a dog sitter, pretty comparable. I also really like how with an overnight stay, the dog gets out for two hour long sessions in the play yard!

We are so grateful for the care the staff provided to our pup, Sushi! Before boarding, they gave us a thorough tour of the facility and offered two complimentary daycare sessions so we could see how she interacted with the other dogs. It eased our anxiety knowing she had the opportunity to acclimate to both the staff and the facility before her extended stay.

We received daily photo updates of Sushi with her new friends and were able to watch her during playtime on the WagCam. Sushi is now home, happy, and looking great after the bath she received.

Many thanks to everyone who helped make this such a wonderful experience for Sushi and our family!

I believe I've boarded my dog here about 3 times now and I love it! I mean so does my girl Ginger, but this is my review lol.

Each time I've boarded her the staff have been AMAZING. Making sure to go over her meal preferences with me and answering all of my questions. I love that I can watch her play with the group during the day and see her resting in her room at night.

My dog actually goes to daycare at a completely different business and they offer boarding. But they leave the dogs at night and that just does not sit right with me. I truly appreciate the staff at Wag Hotels because they put this worrying dog mom at ease. I know my girl will be safe and loved.

Every photo is one they have sent me while she was boarding with them.

Wag Hotel Carson has been amazing for our dog, Gilly! He’s a special character and not shy about showing when he doesn’t like someone—but here, he runs in without even looking back. That alone says it all. The staff is wonderful, and we love the updates and feedback we get. It makes leaving him so much easier. Thank you for taking such great care of our furry family member—we truly appreciate everything you do!
