Absolutely ridiculous waited for 40 minutes did a mobile order and still nothing waiting at ordering sign this long never we’ll be back here again. And I had to cancel my order like I can understand taking 15 to 20 minutes but 40 minutes is unacceptable. One of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I will never be back again definitely losing my business.

First visit I was refused service because I am speech impaired. The guy in driver thur was very rude said I was wasting his time. I left went to different location. On second visit food was wrong I ask for my receipt, to correct my order again rude. They then took 30 minutes to correct my order. Had my order not cost so much it not been a problem. But to charge so much and get the order wrong. Be rude about it. There should be 0 stars and I will not be back. We don't spend just a few bucks. So your losing a customer.

I m a share holder and was discussed with how poorly the indoor dining was. Food was good employees we nice. Store was dirty.

On 6-6 I came through the drive thru and asked for a salad. I didn’t want certain stuff on the salad and they weren’t willing to make a salad I know they can make if they want. Then asked for chicken tenders and was told it would be several mins before I could get them. Really sad commentary on a once great store.

Just went through the drive through at like 4:05 I was pulled forward for fresh food and nuggets were "cooking". Got my food and nuggets are cold and old. Hamburger is an old bun with a hard top. Dayum
