Wow, whoever the owner is of the store. Once you learn how to do better and teach your employees how to give guests a cup of water. When I go in and order a product, you want to force me to pay two dollars and fifty cents for a cheat bottled water. When all i'm asking for is a cup of tap water? Waited over 25 minutes and got to the cash register to see a sign that they do not have lemonade products. I told the cashier that the sign should have been outside on the menu and she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t say a word. Won’t waste my time here again.

Dude was super rude when. I ordered a pretzel. Said they were out and they weren't making anymore today. After having to wait 20 minutes. We ended up getting bites, while we were eating the bites they started making pretzels again.

I went to this location as a quick snack while on a bachelorette trip today, March 8 at around 3:25p. The location was not very clean, the tables were not wiped down, and they had literally no pretzels available except for cinnamon sugar. Which would be fine, except they didn’t tell anyone that fact. When we went to order, the two guys behind the register were awful. The one actually punching the order in wasn’t too bad, but the guy behind him literally said “What you see is what you get. That’s it.” We couldn’t order any regular pretzels, ask when the next round of pretzels were ready, nothing. It was just, “This is what we have, work with it.” He just had a horrible attitude and clearly did not want to be there. Understandably, customer service as a job can suck and we are understanding of that. However, there can be a level of tact in relaying information to customers. They didn’t need to be overly happy or excited to be there, but a “hi, how are you?” or a “hey, sorry, we are actually out of xyz, but we have xyz available- is that okay? The next round of xyz should be ready around (insert time here)”. WITHOUT a nasty attitude. Literally just the basics, really. We loved The Island, and we are so grateful that every other store or food establishment we went to provided excellent customer service. I’d rather go to a dying mall than deal with this again, to be honest.

Good place for a quick bite. You got to get the pretzels hot and fresh. Prices were reasonable and this store is located in The Island. Very busy area and there’s lots of free parking in the adjacent parking lot.
