This wasn’t the cheapest builder we looked at, but now I understand where the money goes. The finishes feel solid and nothing about the house feels rushed or cheaply done. Rain slowed construction during one stretch, though they stayed realistic with scheduling instead of giving false promises. The communication alone made the experience much smoother than friends warned us about.

Mike and the crew were incredible! Starting a home project can feel terrifying, but from the get-go, Mike was thorough and up front. From designing a complete reconfiguration of the second floor to helping finalize the finishing, they have been awesome. Andy was an absolute professional, his work was meticulous, we are so happy with the result. I would absolutely recommend Mike and the crew for any project!!

Mike and his crew (Andy and Matt) were above and beyond of what we could have asked for. Mike was able to help us create a layout that fit our family’s needs. He was able to keep one shower operating during construction (we reconfigured two bathrooms at the same time). Andy completed most of the work solo, and was simply awesome. His attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship can easily be seen in the finished products. Both Mike and Andy were very professional and happy to answer every question, even the dumb ones. They were also very accommodating as we changed a few things up as we went along. His pricing was fair and he kept us in the know throughout the project. It is without hesitation that I recommend Mike and his crew for your projects. We will most definitely be using him and his crew again.

High skilled and trustworthy company that went over and above all of my expectations. Very detail oriented. On time and very responsive. They remodelled my attic and side entry, and I could not be happier. I recommend Hastings Home Builders without question. They have my business on all of my upcoming room remodels. Great, great company.

Michael was the best decision I ever made for a contractor. His team was quick, easy, and straightforward. They try to cut costs when they can and do their best to give you candid, unbiased advice. The process was simple. I called up the company, Michael came out and gave me a quote, signed a proposal, and then his team was here within a week. I cannot Express how great they are compared to others. I will definitely use them again.
