Mario from Formica Plumbing is THE BEST! We had them come to remove our toilet so we could have another company come and refinish our bathroom countertop and floor, and install a new tub surround -- then come back to put the toilet back in. Well, in the process of the new tub surround being installed, we had a plumbing emergency --- and Mario was here the next morning to take care of it! The old, galvanized pipe from the valve to the shower head needed to be replaced, but the access door wasn't big enough. He quickly assessed the situation and helped us decide what the best course of action was. He cut through the tile and drywall from inside the tub to replace that pipe, and we were able to find someone to come in and replace the drywall so the final panel of the new tub surround could be installed that same day! And today, Mario was back to put the toilet back in and finish installing the new tub/shower hardware -- Did he stop there? NO! He noticed that the cold/hot water feeds to the tub/shower were backwards and had a quick fix for that. We can't say enough how great Formica Plumbing is, and how FANTASTIC Mario was through all of this. I'm attaching some pics of the end result -- we love it!

Ethan from Formica came out to replace a kitchen faucet and fix bathroom faucet handle. He called when he was on his way. He explained what he can do to fix the problem, went traveling different places to get the part needed and did a very good job fixing the faucet. He also spent time explaining to me how I can disconnect a gas line and gave me a quote on connecting a gas line for our next house. Ethan was very kind to fix one faucet without charging me. He was not pushy on anything. Formica customer service is also helpful over the phone and was able to accommodate my schedule.

I am very pleased with the work completed by Jacob, Ryan, and Carter on my storm sewer replacement. This three-man crew was professional, hardworking, and efficient from start to finish. The team arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and took great care to keep the work area safe and as neat as possible throughout the project. It was a pleasure working with such a courteous and knowledgeable crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing storm sewer work.

When we found ourselves in a not-so-great sewer situation, Formica’s teams were great at solving our issues! Dustin and Jeff were great at helping diagnose our sewer problem and provided us with multiple options as to how we could move forward, never pressuring us to move forward one way or another but did educate us on the different options. Plus, they came out the morning we first spoke! Less than a week later, their excavating team came by and within a day had everything fixed, and filled back in. They even left the yard clean and in a presentable condition. From start to finish, they answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner, and although I hope to no longer have any sewer issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if something with our plumbing comes up.

Company was very helpful when we called on the phone to set up an appointment. We were serviced today by Dustin who did a great job. He suggested a product to help with our shower drain and future plumbing issues. Will be a return customer.
