Excellent service from start to finish! They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. What stood out to me the most was their honesty and transparency.

Before choosing this company, I called around and spoke with quite a few other people. Having worked in the field before, I have enough experience to recognize when someone is trying to overcharge or unnecessarily upcharge me. Unfortunately, that was exactly what I experienced with several other companies.

This company was completely different. They were honest and upfront about what actually needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to sell me services I didn’t need. Their pricing was fair, their work was efficient, and their professionalism was excellent.

It’s refreshing to find a company that values integrity just as much as getting the job done right. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use them again!

This is the second time I’ve used Aqua — a few years back for a water heater replacement and again this week for shower repair — and great experience from start to finish. The office staff is friendly and clearly communicates the process up front. Vinny and another plumber (I forget his name) arrived on time and diagnosed the issue quickly, gave me a reasonable quote, went out to get some more parts, and returned to finish the job. Friendly, efficient (sending 2 plumbers definitely helps!), and now I have a working (and non-leaking) shower again! Easy payment options online as well.

I had an exceptional experience working with Aqua Plumbing and highly recommend them! Another contractor suggested Aqua Plumbing for a repair on my basement sewer line and I couldn't be happier with their work. Anthony and Trevor were amazing. They were quick in their diagnosis of the problem and the repair, and through every step of the process took the time to explain things to me and answer all my questions. During both the quote and the repair they made suggestions for other work I might want to consider but in no way tried to upsell me or rush me to make a decision about additional work. They treated my home like their own and cleaned up so well I wouldn't have known they had even been there. Casey in the office was extremely easy to work with: communication was quick and clear, and she even called one of my other contractors to make sure their respective work in my home wouldn't interfere with each other. I will be using Aqua Plumbing for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend them!

I needed a broken toilet replaced, and with work to do as well, I wasn’t going to have time to go out and get the toilet myself. Everything was taken care of in one day. Trevor and Brian were the individuals who took care of the plumbing service that day. They both arrived promptly, provided me with the options available to me, got all of the materials, were very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. I would certainly call upon this business for service in the future.

Lifesavers! Aqua Plumbing are true experts. We had used them for various plumbing work in the past and we have always found them to be super reliable and amazing plumbers. But when our back flow valve began leaking and then FLOODING our basement a few nights ago, they immediately came to the rescue. They were here first thing the next morning with the exact part that we needed. Trevor and Don fixed the entire mess for us in about an hour so we could turn our water back on. Really superb work, really nice guys, and we were so grateful that they had looked at the video we sent BEFORE coming to the house so they knew the exact part to bring. We didn't even know that you need to pull a permit after installing a new back flow valve, and they took care of all of that online with the City for us! We also didn't know that we should have been getting this crucial part inspected EVERY YEAR! Thank goodness there are competent, incredibly knowledgeable plumbing businesses like Aqua out there! Also a shout out to Casey in the office for getting us to the head of the line since we had had to shut our water off to stop the flooding.
Of course we HIGHLY recommend this business. Billy, the owner is an amazing and an expert plumber but we learned that the entire crew there is also.
