Great Experience — Thorough inspection and cleaning and helpful advice

A friend referred me to Clear Drain after having a great experience, and I’m glad they did. I needed some help checking my downspout drains and figuring out the connections and layout. Clear Drain also discovered and cleared some roots from my footer tile while I had access during a building project.

Austin was the tech who came out, and he (along with everyone I spoke to) was helpful, courteous, and professional. They were timely, efficient, and very willing to let me be involved by taking notes, photos, and asking questions so I could better understand how my home’s drainage system is set up. We did have to go into the basement to check a few things, and Austin was very respectful and mindful of our home as well, even just an unfinished basement.

He cleaned out some lines, scoped others for peace of mind, and helped me diagnose a problem and let me record it so I know exactly what needs to be fixed. It was a really worthwhile experience, and it’s nice being able to visualize everything and have a record now. The attached photos may not mean much to anyone else, but they show how nice the imaging can be.

I was excited to leave this review and highly recommend them for your needs. Thank you!

Super impressed with Ben and Cody from Clear Drain. They were successful in clearing a blockage from our main drain. We had another local company here yesterday, trying to clear the blockage and the difference in service was night and day. He cleaned as he went, during and after the job. This was the biggest difference, as the previous company left a mess for me to clean up in 3 rooms, after pulling both toilets, and installing a new spigot. The other company charged the same price and left without fixing it, instead referring me to Clear Drain. I'm really happy they did. Ben was super easy to speak with, explaining clearly what was happening with the drain. He was prompt and courteous. Clear Drain will be our first call from now on. Thank you so much!

They came the same day I called about a major clog. Steve was pleasant and explained things fully. He was great. We had to have the lines cleared; it was a big job that he completed quickly. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Steve did an excellent job cleaning out our sewer pipe. He allowed me to watch the camera and I saw the before and after in real time. He suggested checking another drain while he was here and saved me from another potential problem. Would definitely recommend. Very reasonable prices as well. Very satisfied customer.

I am leaving five stars. I highly recommend this company!! 5 stars for service, & 5 stars for the professional employees which I have to rave about the very professional staff. I've had plenty of experiences where i was displeased. These people were excellent & cleaned everything up after they were finished, you wouldn't even have known anyone had been here. last and not least I leave 5 stars for very fair and affordable costs. Clear Drain was recommended to me by Devin, owner of Brotherhood HVAC, as I was having issues with my septic. One phone call to Clear Drain and Cody had me on the books the next day. They were very communicative during my time slot and let me know when their tech was on the way. Lance was a fantastic tech! He was clear and informative with what needed to be done and got to work to clear the lines. Lance was polite and funny and had the line cleared in no time.
