Stacy and Marquez did an excellent job unclogging my toilet! They were professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. I really appreciate their great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. 1 Tom Plumber is lucky to have them on their team!

And I absolutely love my pink 1 Tom Plumber plunger! It matches perfectly with my pink bathroom and is such a fun touch. 💕🪠

Brindy was great he was on time and did work very efficiently. Was super nice and informative about the issues at hand. Did not try to upsell anything and did a thorough check on all of the plumbing in the house. 1-Tom offered a very reasonable price for the services that were needed. Top tier customer service from the initial phone call to the finished job. We will definitely use again if needed.

Stacy was the best. Friendly and very knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease and let me know what was necessary and what wasn't. Totally upfront pricing and when the work could be done. Gave me lots of options. I found myself a reliable plumbing facility. Thank you!!

I had a great experience with this company from the very beginning. From the time I spoke with intake to the time my plumber Stacy arrived, it was an awesome experience. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on and fixed my busted pipe in one quick visit. I also asked her a few other things and she took the time out to educate me and answer my questions. Thank you 1-Tom and Stacy! Great quick, fast, and friendly service.

I highly recommend requesting Stacy for all of your plumbing needs. She was thorough, professional, helpful and informative. She spoke so I could understand, ran multiple tests after the issue was addressed, and walked me through multiple options to prevent the issue in the future. She was kind as well which is the most important to me. I run a retail location and the professionalism she carried was unmatched. She used her judgment in when to include me while I was working so she did not distract me from my day to day. Loved her and the service. Thank you, Stacy!
