Purchased W/D set from them & had nothing but problems with the LG Washer.. Manager promised an exchange if there was something wrong with it as it was a Floor Model.. He said, "Switch it out, no questions asked." Sure enough it leaks & sounds like its giving birth.. Horrible!! After numerous phone calls and again promises to exchange it for a new one getting the run around for 2months Im told to call Geek Squad.. WTF.. Now who the hell wants a brand new appliance that has to be fixed right away!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.. They are Vultures!! Absolutely disqusted with Customer Service!!!!!! If you like JUNK, go to BESTBUY....!!!!!####

Horrible customer service. Poorly trained staff. Zero accountability. I promise you, if you buy from Futureshop Thunder bay, you will feel the same way. This could be their new company motto! lol but seriously, don't buy from here, ever.

I recently purchased a computer from them, not only did the computer break on me 4 weeks later, but the 199$ warranty I bought didn't cover anything, not even the shipping back to the factory. (Which I was told to do myself) Bottom line, everything you hear about this place is true.... They don't care, and they just want a quick sale. They are arrogant and have no commitment to the product they sell... Stay clear of Future Shop.
