Once again Highmark provided excellent service for us. Our house was storm damaged - they were efficient, timely and very valuable in dealing with our insurance company. Totally appreciate Highmark's quality service and would recommend to all.

Our neighbors used this company. Despite repeated attempts to get the crew and their supplies off our yard and into the actual job site, they showed complete disregard for our property, damaging the lawn and landscape. A crew was onsite and working until 10 PM when St Paul's noise ordinance goes into effect. They worked in the dark, on roof decks, using flashlights. When confronted, the presumed "supervisor" admitted "they don't listen, even to me". Efforts to communicate with the crew were fruitless. Numerous polite requests to stay off our property were either not understood or ignored. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

After interviewing 3 roofers we went with Highmark due to their professional and knowledgeable advice for navigating insurance, process, and product. Ultimately they delivered on timely execution and top quality roofing for our luxury lake house in Wisconsin. 7 weeks after completion, they met us on site, and went beyond the scope of the contract to finish our goals both aesthetically and functionally.

This is our second time using Highmark in the last couple of years due to storm damage. We highly recommend them! The process was so seamless when working with them + our insurance company. Brandon was extremely communicative and we would definitely recommend Exteriors by Highmark!

Very pleased and impressed with the level of workmanship, professionalism, and customer service by Exteriors by Highmark. The owner Chuck came out the day the job to make sure everything ran smoothly and was done to my satisfaction. The crew left the jobsite spotless and Chuck came out after to inspect the work and made sure I was happy. Definitely recommed this company, they went over and above compared to most contractors I have dealt
with over the last 25 years.
