I was there to exchange a phone. I had first phoned Koodo at Crossiron Mills, Balzac, Alberta and got perfect information from a young man named Sam. He completely covered every issue I had, was extremely knowledgeable and explained many things I had never known. He was super polite and patient.
I wish every business had a Sam!

I can recommend this Koodo booth to anybody and everybody who has a phone issue. Fantastic service!!!

Thank-you so much Sam!

Sam was great at explaining the mobile plan, he thoroughly explained everything including what and how we can save. The process and everything was smooth and we understood everything that we needed in order to transfer our phone numbers. I recommend this guy to anyone that needs help with the process.

Best service ever! Great knowledge
I highly recommend doing ANY service at the cross iron mall Telus / Koodo kiosk
Andi and Aswin are fantastic!
Not only did I have great service for myself. I brought my brother back who is hearing impaired, and the service that Aswin gave him was unbelievable. He spent the time to talk slowly to my brother’s Dictation device and took care above and beyond in helping him understand and getting him the best deal ! unbelievable how far he went with care and service to help my brother..

I had an excellent experience with JOHN.
the TELUS/Koodo representative who assisted me He is very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain all our options without any pressure. He followed up with me over the phone 3-4 times to explain about options and deals!
My questions were answered thoroughly, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. It’s rare to receive such genuine and professional customer service these days. Highly recommend this TELUS representative—thank you for the great support! Kudos John !!
