Been here a few times now, for repairs and purchases. Service is always top notch. Was in recently and they were honest in referring me to a competitor that was better equipped to do the repair. Will definitely return

EDIT: They refund my money so I am happy

My pixel 6a has screen flickering issue. I brought my Pixel 6a in to get it checked out. Rep use a suction cup to test it and notice a gap in between the screen and the phone and determine is the screen issue. Fast forward a month later, I get my phone screen replaced. The screen flicker after as soon as I took it off the repair mode. The rep said leave the phone with them and they will take a look at again. Couple hours later I was told it is fine and I picked it up. They asked me to video tape the flickering if I see it again. I did. Show them the video and they replaced the screen again. In between they blame the otter case which I have used to decades. Today I picked up my phone again as soon as I got off the repair mode. Same issue now they proceed to blame it is either the motherboard or software. Initially, they want me to spend like 500 cad on motherboard. I was like it is no worth it. Then they suggest I just need to do a factory reset. I have done factory reset and even downgrade the android version same issue. Fyi, for the screen replacement I can get a refurnished pixel 8a. I paid like 210.33 cad so I definitely did not cheap out.

I came in today with an IPhone issue after it got stuck while resetting the network settings, and it had been like that for almost 18hours. I was really stressed about it.

The gentleman who helped me fixed it in under 5 seconds and did not charge me at all. That kind of help and honesty really means a lot.

I'm very thankful for the great service and just wanted to leave this review to recognize how helpful he was.
