I would like to comment that Sunny at North Hill is very pleasant and patient, particularly with the older generation. He is very helpful and explains things in an understandable way

I visited this Bell store two weeks ago and Sunny was absolutely marvellous - there was an issue with my e-SIM transfer to Bell. Sunny took the time to fix the problem (it turned out that I had to purchase a physical SIM...) and he was patient and professional. I felt respected and valued as a new customer. It's refreshing to have such positive interactions and I give Sunny five stars for his support. After this great experience I will only go back to this particular store. Highly recommend it!

Sunny was an excellent helper in helping to set up my new Bell cell/phone.
I will have no problems in recommending this person to set up any new cell/phone for anyone who asks me who I can recommend

I had the best experience trading in my old iPhone 13 and updating my plan with Vaibhav Chawla.
He not only realized I had been grossly over paying on my phone bill, He showed me ways to help save myself some money.
I literally have gone to the Bell mobility store in downtown Calgary twice because I knew I was paying too much and when I left, I still was paying the same amount.
I’m so glad I went to North Hill Mall Bell mobility, and I HIGHLY recommend you see Vaibhav!!
He will help you out and set your Bell Bill straight!!
6 out of 5 stars 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
