I really love their none salted pretzels with the fudge. I'm very sad that they are closed. Their the reason i like going to that walmart, after my shopping I usually treat myself. Really wish you guys would come back.

I gave 4 stars because I absolutely love this place. That being said I really hate being that person but since it’s happened twice I feel as though I should say something. There is an older lady that works there and the first time she served me my hotdogs were pretty much uncooked. I didn’t say anything because I understand things happen. I thought no big deal because it’s never happened to me before. The second time on June 20th I went in it was the same lady. I went ahead and ordered my food thinking it wouldn’t happen again but this time they were worse and my pretzels weren’t cooked either. I actually ended up bringing the food back in this time and two very nice young ladies remade my order and it was Cooked perfectly. I’m only saying something so the issue can be addressed. I would love to continue being one of your loyal customers. To whoever owns that store those women run your store and run it well. Kudos to the women at Ben's Pretzel Hammond. Every time they are there I’m taken such good care of.

This was my first time going to this location and I enjoyed the soft pretzels they were really soft and I enjoyed the sauce it's also very filling.

Updated review 10/16/2020: this location has really gone downhill in the customer service department. Went there recently, and according to their hours they were supposed to close at 9 (we were there around 645). We stepped up and asked the employee if we could get some pretzel sticks made fresh. His response: "No you may not!! I'm about to close in 10 minutes." My Fiancé and I were so taken aback by this guy's very rude response! I've worked in customer service for over 10 years, and I never would have responded so rudely to a customer! Also, they rarely seem to actually stay open until their posted business hours, so keep that in mind if you choose to give them your business.

Love Ben's pretzels! Best soft pretzel chain. The staff at this location are always nice and accomadating, especially Sue, she's the best!

Edit/Update: All New staff, definitely NOT as friendly or helpful as before. I used to frequent them at least once a week (sometimes more) haven't been there in a while. Today (10/10/2020) decided to give them another shot. Big mistake, the "gentleman" who was working there that night was quite rude and nasty attitude as if he didn't even want to be there. Sue was the Heart of that place and is now gone. I'm sure the Pretzels are still good but the friendly faces are gone.

Pretzels are much bigger than Auntie Ann's and Wetzels. Much more tasty too. Only thing better than the pretzels is the staff, I've been here many times and will continue to do so. Everyone is so sweet and nice. They treat you like family.
