Little Caesars is some exceptionally good pizza, and affordable, too. This location, however, is disgustingly operated. The quality is so subpar. I ordered ahead, a pepperoni pizza and a cheese with an additional topping. The pepperoni tasted and looked like it had been sitting in the warmer since they opened. The cheese pizza was only good quality because of the special topping I ordered- and it took over 15mins for it to be completed. The crazy bread didn’t have any seasoning or dressing on it, so it was just BREAD. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize any of this until I opened the boxes at home. Ridiculous! And of course they don’t answer their phones when you need to call and speak to a manager. Avoid this location at ALL COSTS.

I didn't really go there. I took my daughter there and my son-in-law, they went there for the little pies, cheesy thing with pepperoni and I just tried one for the first time. It tastes pretty good. I really love the buttery taste. For the first time\n Try them a pretty good

My recent visit to the North & Kimball Center location in Chicago was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared undertrained and completely unprofessional.
Long Wait Times & Poor Line Management: I waited over 10 minutes just to pick up a mobile order. After finally reaching the register, I was asked to step aside so an employee could be rung up. The cashier then walked away without helping me or addressing the long line of customers waiting behind me.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, the pizza puffs were still frozen in the middle.
This location needs serious retraining in customer service, basic efficiency, and proper food preparation safety

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I waited over 3 hours for one pizza and two orders of breadsticks. I understand restaurants get busy, and I can be patient, but three hours for such a small order is ridiculous.

What made it even more frustrating was the lack of communication. No one called to let me know there would be a major delay, and I had multiple delivery drivers cancel during the process. A simple update or apology would have gone a long way.

I’ve ordered from this location before and never had an issue, so I’m not sure what happened this time, but this experience was enough for me. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I haven't order anything else after, I waited over 30 minutes pass ready time for my online order. I kept speaking up, but they continued to prepare food for other customers that arrived after me that order the same thing, and they had me wait and wait. I end up asking for a refund because of the poor service. Please, get it together; you're running customers away. Gave 3 stars because there were other times I came, and they were good.
