I came in to see how it would be. I can honestly say the service was worse each time. I ordered something to try and sit but the service was not great. Before I could even download the app fruit flies attacked my sandwich before I could. So I wish I got the second item I ordered to go but the manager removed it so I didn’t get to finish my food or receive my full order. The tables are sticky from left over sweet beverages, the floors have areas of cluster trash, and fruit flies we just the result. Fighting fruit flies for your food the entire time dining was just disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here honestly. This isn’t the first time stopping in but it’s gladly a last. I personally spoke the the manager and she choose to be disrespect, dismissive, and rude just because of her character. The professionalism is missing and the staff isn’t being trained properly because of it. I’ve also emailed with the manager so her reply isn’t true. I made it clear that I need the supervisor’s contact information or the person who hired her. Because her staff said there isn’t any supervisor for this ogilvie location. And she hasn’t replied in the email with that information. I think she’s just use to not handling thing fully but I had no idea there was a bug infestation at this corner bakery location.

Well the food looked and tasted great until I was face to face with some pieces of dead roach/ bug in my salad! I’m disgusted. If you like free extra protein go for it!!

I understand that prices have increased and portions have become smaller. But when I pay $2.99 for breakfast potatoes and get a container 1/3 full, that’s just ridiculous. And of course it’s a ToGo order so who has time to go back.
