Went to this location yesterday. Ordered a cheese less with plant-based pepperoni, black olives, and green olives. Also ordered 10 plant-based bites. The guy who took my order kept referring to them as chicken bites. I double checked with him two times and he said “yes the plant-based chicken bites” when I received the receipt, it said chicken Pollini bites. So I double checked with him again that I was getting the plant based bites. He said “yes the plant-based bites”. When the order arrived, they smelt just like chicken, and looked different to the ones I usually get… I know the difference - I haven’t eaten chicken in years. So, I went up to him and said these are the chicken bites and I wanted the plant based bites. He wouldn’t hear it. He just kept saying “no we call the plant-based bites chicken pollini”. sure enough on the website there is “plantolini chick’n” bites” and “chicken pollini chicken bites”. So he basically wouldn’t admit his mistake and serve me what I actually ordered. Pizza nova, train your workers better and make them accountable. I want my money back for the chicken bites that I did not order and had to pay for.

Got there right at opening time 11AM. The special $5.99 deal medium 1 topping. Asked for 2 pies, (limit 2 pies BTW). The crusts were nice and crispy and the sauce has great flavor. Really enjoyed them!

Ordered a pizza and the breaded chicken ciabatta sandwich. The pizza was perfect, however the sandwich was a very different story:

The chicken was so incredibly overcooked and even *burnt* at the edges that much of it was just inedible. Quite disappointing for a place that I had such high respect for when I used to visit the Toronto locations.

The pizza is good but the workers over there are not at all social, customer service 0/5 literally. I am not going to visit back. Didn’t provide me with ketchups and other stuff. Papa johns provides everything for the same prize with very socialize people, extra ketchups they provide, large pizza for the prize of medium pizza that we get in pizza nova and toppings are included in Papa johns. 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

This Pizza Nova location makes the best panzerotti ever. Yes, I have tried it at other locations in the GTA.
They always get your order right and always so tasty.
