I just had the most horrible customer service expierience of my life. The indian man on the phone was sooo rude, claims he is the manager and wouldnt give me his name.

I called about an order they screwed up about a week n a half/2 weeks ago, not sure of exact date. I was just told to call back with my name and number they had taken to get the rest of the order that wasnt given to use. We spent almost $60!! He kept aaking me the exact date and i said i didnt know i ordered on the app and couldnt see the date. He was so rude it was disgusting! You should be fired just by the way you speak to the customers.

I would give a zero if I could. It took over 15 minutes for wings. Then they give me just the tips and no drumstick part. Cost me $12.40. I will not go to this location again. I should have checked my order when I was there because I would have asked for a refund. I added pictures for proof.

Placed an order online, delivered through Doordash. Was supposed to receive a refund, never recieved it. Months of calling customer service only to get same reply each time that they need to escalate it. Safe to say will never get it after this length of time. Was a regular customer, but not anymore!

This is the second time now I've been disappointed. 2wks ago I ordered pepperoni cheesy puffs and they made me a pepperoni pizza. I walked out. Today, I ordered again. Told 10min on the phone, gave them 15. Showed up and still not ready. Kid said another 2min. 6min later I finally got my order. Well done and no sauce inside. Do better.

Wow. Finally tried it out. Love this place. The Founder's Favourite is so good. Really good customer service. We were 2 hours late to pickup our order, and they said they can remake it for us. Big thanks for that. I would definitely recommend
