It’s way more than excellent dentistry with the latest and greatest technology. It’s the place to come if you want to feel a genuine, warm welcome. I’ve lived in Charlotte for almost 30 years. I’ve had more than one dentist in that time period for insurance or job changes but I will NEVER leave this place and I publicly promise you. I DO NOT ENJOY going to the dentist. But THIS dentist is great. If you are like me and want to feel a genuine welcome each time you come in. THIS place is worth the drive wherever you live in Charlotte. They have seen my friends, my father and always get me in so quickly. I believe in giving credit where it’s due so it makes for a lengthy review. So……. Thank you Kleinheinz Dentistry for making me always feel welcome!!

I do not trust this office. They only care about you and are nice to you when you do the unnecessary work THEY want. Also, they seem to go through front office staff because every time i would go there it would be a different lady besides the one older woman who tries to act like the dentist even though she isn’t one, she is delusional in thinking she knows about teeth when she isnt even a dentist. She is snarky and aggressive with clients. Maybe that is why the other women keep leaving. Also one of the hygienist is obsessed with talking about herself and is pushy with procedures. The dentist himself only cares to be nice to you if you tell him yes to all the procedures HE wants done, all to line his pocket. When you politely say no, he gets snarky. Keep in mind this place is out of network for all insurances, even though they say it is still the same price as in network offices, it is not, they are more expensive.

5 stars for Dr. Kleinheinz and his staff. I am the patient who doesn't like the dentist and finds any reason not to go. I have to say that I have gotten so much better at handling myself and feeling more comfortable under the care of Dr. Kleinheinz and staff. Dr. K takes his time and moves forward making sure his patient is comfortable and stress free. Everything is explained before he does it and there are no surprises. He has made me so much more comfortable of going to the dentist even for something as intimidating as a tooth pull. Thank you so much for seeing me over the years and making a difference! I appreciate all of you! See you in July!

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Jeffrey was very professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The cleaning was done carefully and comfortably. The staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey and will definitely come back.
