As someone who has avoided the dentist for years because of anxiety, I had such a great experience here! Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Pollack was kind and welcoming. I never felt judged or pressured, and all my questions were answered. So glad I found my new dentist in Charlotte, and I’m actually not scared to go back! 🦷

I cannot recommend Dr. Joshua Pollack and his team enough! I was able to get a same-day emergency root canal, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in excellent hands.

Dr. Pollack took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, including the pros and cons of both extraction and a root canal. He answered all of my questions without rushing me, which helped me feel confident in my decision.

During the procedure, he was incredibly gentle and made sure I was completely numb and comfortable before starting. Before I left the office, he even provided me with the appropriate doses of Tylenol and Advil to help manage my discomfort, which I really appreciated.

His staff was just as amazing. They were friendly, funny, attentive, and genuinely encouraging throughout my visit. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable, and I truly felt cared for.

The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very inviting. From the décor to the level of professionalism and compassion, everything exceeded my expectations.

Overall, my experience was far better than I could have imagined, especially on such short notice. If you’re looking for an endodontist who provides affordable, accommodating, and exceptional patient care, I highly recommend Dr. Joshua Pollack and his team. They earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

Karen, the office manager, welcomed me like an old friend. We spoke by phone twice over a weekend! Wasn’t expecting that kind of responsiveness. Dr. Pollack was very attentive and gentle. He exercised caution and patience. Appreciated the way he coached a colleague through the procedure as well. Services and their costs were clearly explained up front. Very pleased!

Everyone at this office is so nice and helpful! Shey in particular made sure i was comfortable the whole time and walked me through every step of the process. Karen at the front desk got my appointment scheduled quickly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Pollack was knowledgeable and explained everything to me, and was also very friendly. Highly recommend :)

I have had nothing but horror stories when it comes to dentists and then I met Dr. P and his staff and wow. From my very first appointment I was so comfortable as things were explained to me, they did tell me I needed to have a root canal done and I was terrified from my previous experience having one done. But Dr. P and Shea made me feel comfortable and even confident about my root canal. Come time for the appointment and it was the most seamless and painless procedure I’ve ever had. They checked on me periodically to make sure I was okay and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze during my procedure. They were aware and attentive from beginning to end. Some of the most amazing staff I’ve encountered. Karen at the front desk is such a sweetheart too! I would recommend them 100x over, hands down the best. P.S. free ice cream after your procedure! What more could you want!?
