We had an exceptional experience with everyone at Hall Mazda VB- from start to finish! Bryan was easy to approach and very knowledgeable without making us feel pressured to move forward with a purchase! He gave us a thorough tour of the vehicle we were interested in & was quick to advocate for us when we were ready to work out a sale within our budget! Bryan & Trent were communicative and transparent throughout the negotiation process. We ended up falling in love with our beautiful CX-50 & finalized our purchase that same day!! The whole team was absolutely wonderful & Bryan was so thorough to teach us the ins and outs of our new ride (including important safety features and essential sound system setting recommendations) before we drove off the lot! We even got to keep a cute Polaroid with our new car! We felt well taken care of and are SO appreciative of the whole Hall Mazda team for making our experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish!!! Thanks for everything guys!

Amazing experience from start to finish trading in and buying a new car. Robert made it effortless and went the extra mile to get the best deal for me. Also thanks to Matthew and Brandon for your help. Highly recommend! And I love my new CX 50.

Yesterday I traded in my 2020 Honda Civic for a brand-new Mazda CX-50, and the experience was incredible.

This is the first time I've ever obtained a brand new off the lot vehicle with zero previous owners, and it has been such an uplifting milestone for me.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped immediately. Abraham was who worked with me and he is amazing!!! I never felt like just another ‘number'; I truly felt like a friend. The team showed me the exact model I was looking for, and after a great test drive, we made the deal happen. They treated me fairly and worked hard to help me reach my goals while staying within my budget.

This is my third purchase from the Hall group, and they have earned a loyal customer for life. 10/10 to the entire Hall Mazda team-from sales and finance to the detailing crew!
