On 8/14/2026 I went to DriveTime in Midlothian, VA and purchased a 2020 GMC Arcadia. My sales rep was Nicholas Griswold. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the process super easy. I test drove about 3 vehicles and finally found the one that fit my family needs. I highly recommend DriveTime and Mr. Griswold needs a raise!

Amazing experience at this location. Another location in Maryland messed up all my info, however, my man Nick saved the day. I came there in a uber, left out with something smoother! I recommend asking for Nick he is fast and he knows what the hell he is doing. Thanks nick from the bottom of my heart you are the best bro!!!

Mr. Nicholas was so very helpful and kind. Helped me get the car I’ve always wanted. Very professional and communicative. Was out with an hour. And Ms. Luiz for staying in contact making sure I had everything I need so sweet and kind. Very happy with my purchase
