Have bought sour cream from there sveral times and it was moldy. I've pointed out expired items in their fridge many times. Staff are very friendly.

Love this store the staff are always good and friendly! They are rarely out of anything. Just once or twice the LX Froster cups! They have a good selection of Froster flavors! Anyways this morning happened to be the coldest day in London so far. And I'm still getting a Froster! But I dropped it on the way home and trying to salvage it lol

Friendly staff and pretty clean store compared to other stores I’ve been to.
Only issue I have is a lot of the fridge items have hit the expiry date and the cashier, at the time of me mentioning it to him, will remove it from the fridge but then the very next day it’s back in the fridge ready to be sold. Also I noticed they had the Schneider’s Pretzels and have every flavour BUT the one my daughter loves (jalapeño). So I asked the cashier to request them and I would buy a bag every time I come there, which is pretty much daily, but I have yet to see those pretzels and I ask everyday about them. Keeping customers happy by having the items they’re looking for and/or requesting would keep them coming to your store all the time and would highly recommend your store to others.
