Im not a person to complain about food. I ordered beef tenderloin. This is one of the worst if not the worst and coldest cooked steak I've ever eaten.
Mash potatoes was so cold couldnt eat. I can assure you I will not be going back.

We ate here for breakfast twice and dinner once. I loved the blue corn piñon pancakes and the blue corn atole and quinoa based sausage were also quite good. Dinner paled in comparison. It was greasy and far too salty. The portions were very large. The margarita cocktail was the best part. Our small dog was allowed in all the dining spaces.

Was fairly expensive, but everything we had was good. It was very well plated. We arrived in Taos on a Sunday night and didn't realize the majority of the restaurants were closed. We were grateful this was open and we were able to get in right away.
They gave an amuse bouche before dinner that was beautiful and had good flavor, but seemed like it had been prepared much earlier.
Their drink menu is great.

Came here twice with a voucher from a sister hotel. Both times, nobody was at either host stand, so we seated ourselves. Service was very slow and inattentive. I don't know if it's because we were using a voucher or worse that we were from another property. The 2nd time, there were 2 servers but one kept disappearing to eat toast at the bar. Long stretches of time with no servers at all. Not sure if they're serving a separate dining area or if they're helping prepare the food, but it was disappointing. Either way, that's in the hotel for cutting corners and trying to save some money. The 2nd time, I was out of coffee but nobody came by to refill.. when I looked in the servers' direction, they had tunnel vision and didn't acknowledge that maybe I needed something.
The food was just okay. For a place that's supposedly farm to table, it doesn't live up to the title at all. For example, the OJ wasn't fresh.
The ambiance was nice with tropical trees and plants. But the mood was killed as I sat there waiting for long stretches of time waiting to order, waiting for more coffee, etc.

Probably one of my favorite brunch experiences ever! I'm surprised this place doesn't have a higher rating. The food was phenomenal. We ordered the specials: blue pinon pancakes and the smoked salmon avocado toast. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The atmosphere was beautiful. Very relaxing with lots of plants and an outdoor amazon/garden feel. Definitely be sure to walk around the resort and check out the pool area and the cool ponds in the back.
