The server spilled 4 drinks inside my truck on 3 of us that were inside 2 in the back seat and me in the driver seat. Well they were spilling he just stood there in his hand. We had to tell him to move so we could open the doors. I spent $40 on drinks now I have to spend another $125.00 to have it detailed BECAUSE EVERYTHING IN MY TRUCK IS STICKY ALONG WITH US. NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A SORRY. Do better 7 Brew. Don't think ill be back to the Alamosa CO location.

I stopped in today for the first time. I owned a coffee shop for 5 years so I was excited to try it out. I ordered the
Cinnamon Roll latte (Brown Sugar Cinnamon + White Chocolate Breve). I asked the order taker if it was made with half & half since the menu says "breve." He told me, "No, it's not made with half & half...it's made with a special milk." Then he asked me if I wanted it in decaf, which I thought was very weird.
The latte was really good, but your order taker needs some education.

No Carmel drizzle they always add so much and it falls to the bottom and all you drink from the straw is Carmel…..unless you like that much Carmel I don’t suggest lol

I had an amazing experience at 7 Brew Alamosa! The drinks were made perfectly, the service was incredibly fast, and everyone was so friendly. A special shoutout to Alexa, she went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. She was welcoming, had such a positive attitude, and made me feel like a valued customer. Been vendor and this location only once. I just don't quite get the concept of standing outside (especially in cold weather) to take/deliver the order. Apparently, everyone loves it. When we did go, we received absolutely excellent customer service! Maybe we will try again when the lines are that long. Looks like you are still going strong so more power to you!
