I went there for an estimate. I got the spiel about how they have expensive software, expensive training for their guys. They basically wanted insurance work and refused to give me an estimate unless I was willing to pay $140, unless they knew for sure they were going to be the ones to fix it. I am paying out of pocket because I am afraid the insurance company will total my car.
The guy talked down to me, tried to shame me telling me that he had been around cars his whole life and old fix it in his garage if it was his car.
Do yourself a favor and go just about anywhere else.

I love this place. Bill and his crew always do a good job with my car. I never have anxiety when dropping my car off with them. Highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent! They did a wonderful job repairing my car. The repairs were done in a timely fashion along with the free detailing was amazing. I would highly recommend

I was kept updated on the progress of my car repair. If I called with questions they were always answered on the spot. The car repair was finished on the date I was given it would be done. Most of all is that their work is exemplary! I highly recommend Carstar for auto needs!!!

Needed some body work done after my husband hit a deer and destroyed our whole front end. Our initial estimate for us to get our car in was for the beginning of April but they were able to get us in sooner. The service took a little over 2 weeks including ordering all the parts. Was so happy to get my car back early and they did an amazing job!! I had plans on picking my car up and taking it to get washed and detailed and they also took care of that as well. I would Highly recommend. Bill and his team are amazing!!
