BE CAUTIOUS WHAT THEY TELL YOU. I bought 4 tires which came with an alignment check. The guy told me my ball joints were so bad they were about to fall out and they couldn't even do the check (which is odd because I had just greased the whole front end and everything was good). He gave me an estimate of $1500 to replace them (which I didn't pay). I took my truck to my regular mechanic and asked him to check it out in case I was missing something. His exact words were "yeah they're just blowing smoke". Ball joints were all good, only one had very minor signs of wear.

A few years later I got a nail in one tire, directly in the middle of the tread. I took it in to be patched and they said "the nail was at too much of an angle and couldn't be patched". They wanted to sell me a new tire for $350. Again I took it to my regular mechanic and he patched it no problem.

When I bought the tires originally they also damaged 2 valve stems during installation so my tires kept going flat and I had to go back and have the valve stems replaced.

Needless to say, will not be going back here.

Horrible customer service! Made an appointment last Friday for 10:00 Monday morning. We were there on time and when we asked the young man he said we are running a little late but will have it on the lift within the hour and an hour to do the work. We waited in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours and saw nobody working on the car and 4 guys standing around in the garage and 3 people standing at the counter. When I asked how much later they said oh we haven't started it yet because we didn't code it as customer waiting. Never going back to this place again!

Belle Tire is always there for whatever you need done to your vehicle! Destiny and her team are phenomenal at what they do. Friendly staff who are always willing to explain things no matter how many times you need to ask.

Went here to have a tire replaced due to a nail puncture. I had a new set of Michelin Cross Climates on my Honda. They replaced the flat tire with a Goodyear

Went back to have the correct tire installed. The Goodyear was on the right front.

I had to stop the highly trained technician from replacing the left front tire.

I'm not going back here.

This was actually the second time that I had to come to this establishment to get tires. Fortunately, for me, the same people that I dealt with the first time we’re also working the second time, and I must say that their professionalism and their service and knowledge of everything about their business was quite superior. I highly Recommend Belle Tire above discount tire any day of the week! Definitely the best in town
