Mgr Karan was pleasant and easy when we first met. He was thorough in getting me in the best locker and plan as possible.
Over the 2 - 3 mo that i was there Karan was always ready to consult, chat, and figure out a better solution if need be.
I had one issue for which was looked after promptly.

Wow, what an amazing experience and such a great price! The office manager was fantastic and helped me snag more units without any hassle, all in just five minutes. And when I got there, everything was already set up and ready to go!

Very good experience so far! Customer service has been great and they have helped us make a right decision for size required. Price was cheapest I could Find in barrie. Clean & safe facility. We came from another storage place & can definitely see the difference with our experience here. FYI - There Main Office is at 62 Caplan Avenue.

Karan & Donna were so helpful setting me up with a storage unit. My first time doing this & they made the experience very fun. Great personalities & excellent knowledge. They both take great pride in their work & their workplace.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Units are clean and maintained well. Casey went above and beyond and drove over to the storage location to insure we were able to get into our unit hassle free. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

Our family had a great experience with the team at Access Storage. With the stressful situation of moving. They were able to get us a unit that suited our needs and completed and explained everything to us carefully. Laurie and Kimberly were very happy to show us around the site and viewed units. The explained everything so we understood how storage works and made us feel less stressed.
