Bates Collision Centers is also a direct repair center for a large number of insurance companies. This means customers can benefit from expedited claims due to electronic billing and digital imaging capabilities, which ultimately transitions into seamless communications between our repair-center staff and the insurance agents. Inevitably, this leads to shorter turnaround times on repairs, as well as extremely satisfied customers. Business Owner As a teen, I loved nice cars, but had a bad habit of wrecking them pretty often. So I started learning how to work on them; I started out sweeping floors in a repair shop in my college town and knew right away that I wanted to open my own collision center-but it was going to be a place that was built on Christian values, honesty & trust.
