We were looking into a Generac home generator and Doug came by to give us an estimate. The experience from Doug and Cassell brothers was great from beginning to end. Starting with being on time for our appointment, Doug was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained the whole process thoroughly. He was able to answer all of my questions on site and immediately responded to questions I sent him after he left. Highly impressed with Cassell brothers service, from setting up my appointment with Tonya to Doug's visit, it was nice to be treated with value and courtesy.

Excellent experience with Cassell Brothers Home Services! Tristan was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into additional repairs.

He completed the work thoroughly, cleaned up after himself, and even cleaned my bathroom before he left. That level of professionalism and respect for my home was truly appreciated.

I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that Cassell Brothers Home Services is the company that succeeded Meetze Plumbing, a company I had a great experience with years ago. It’s wonderful to see that same commitment to honest, quality service continue.

Before leaving, Tristan even reinstalled my closet light fixture and left the area as neat and safe as possible while I wait for the drywall repair. That extra attention to detail meant a lot.

Thank you, Tristan, for an outstanding job. I highly recommend Cassell Brothers Home Services!

Great service from Jeffrey. He arrived quickly, got started, and explained a lot as he went. Very pleased with service. Cassell Brothers came highly recommended from a friend. They did not disappoint! Things these days have gotten crazy expensive, but I am pleased with the service that was provided. 😁

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Cassell Brothers during my recent HVAC and water heater installation. This was a major project and investment for me as a homeowner, and after completing three consultations with different companies, I can confidently say I made the right choice.
Kevin Salinas represented Cassell Brothers exceptionally well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Most importantly, he established a strong sense of trust with both my husband and me. His transparency and communication throughout the process were truly commendable and made a big difference in our decision.
On installation day, Chad and Josh handled the HVAC system. They were a great team..efficient, professional, and clearly experienced in their work. Brandon installed the water heater and kept me informed every step of the way, which made me feel very comfortable and at ease, especially while my husband was at work.
To top it off, the project manager Doug also stopped by to oversee the process, which added another level of professionalism and reassurance.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied..not only with the quality of work, but also with the pricing and the ease of financing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to working with Cassell Brothers for many years to come.

Highly recommend!

Outstanding service from beginning to end. Steve Ssczerbacki, great representation of Cassell Brothers, knowledgeable, patient with working with me through less than normal circumstances. Install team great, professional and quickly responded to questions and issues regardless to how minor the question were.

Big thanks to Cassell Brothers and team.
