My husband and I met with Mr Blake Romig who represented Feazel Roofing because we discovered a serious leak after a hard rain. Mr Romig did a thorough evaluation inside the attic and on the roof. He also took numerous pictures and explained what needed to be addressed. We felt Mr Romig explained in detail what Feazel Roofing could do to provide an excellent repair for our home.
Mr Romig had a cadre of very skilled roofers who worked efficiently to repair our roof in a cost effective manner. After the work was finished, we were completely satisfied, and highly recommend Blake Romig and Feazel Roofing Company for any roofing needs you may have.

From great communication with Robyn in customer service, to a super professional and knowledgeable inspection (quality video and pics too) with Allen Pruitt, to the top quality repair with Michael Blevins. Everyone was kind, professional, sharp communication, accurate diagnostics, fair pricing, and beautiful accurate quick repairs that had me feeling safe and confident in the work done. Had an insurance claim for damage on my roof and Feazel was recommended by the insurance company. Salesman was constantly pushing for a new roof on my new house, but insurance wouldn’t cover it so I just wanted the repair. I signed the contract on day 1 and was promised 2 weeks for repair completion. After 3 weeks, salesman wanted to schedule another follow up to sell me a new roof which I declined and said it wasn’t in my budget. A week later I was told they are still working with the insurance company for a new roof, which was false because the insurance company contacted me 2 days earlier confirming the repair work vs roof replacement, and I told them the contract was signed for over 3 weeks already which the insurance company didn’t know I already accepted it day 1. Worker was finally sent out a month past the initial damage and after 3 heavy rains, and I was left with multiple shingles in my yard that I had to pick up and insure there wasn’t nails since I have two small children that play in my yard.

A while back I had a storm chaser company file a claim on my insurance which was denied. Then they put on a new roof I paid for out of pocket and boy did I waste my money. Savage came out and inspected my roof before I decided on the “cheaper” option but when my new roof started leaking I called her back out. I sure wish I’d listened when she told me that you get what you pay for. I learned my lesson and hired Feazel to put on my second roof in a year. I can’t praise Savage, Cody and the crews highly enough. They were in constant communication, explained things in great detail and personally came out to walk the job with me BEFORE they even asked for my second payment. They answered all my questions, took photos of everything and texted with me. I was so impressed with the subcontractors who only work with Feazel and knowing that my job was double covered. What I’m most excited about is the lifetime warranty on the products and the work. Savage and Cody even remembered my dogs name and didn’t mind when she climbed all over and got em all messy, lol. I highly recommend this company.

I was not familiar with Feazel from the start since they are fairly new to the area. However, I am so glad we chose them to do our new roof. Our sales rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable and informative about the company and process. He and Cody sat with us and made sure to answer all our questions and guide us through the insurance claims process. He followed up consistently to assure everything was good. The project manager, Zayn, was there the two install days and was thorough and helpful. Overall our experience was extremely positive and I would highly recommend Feazel to anyone needing a new roof. They are top notch!
