I called Mr Carswell because I was acquainted with one of his employees. To say that they were everything a construction company should be is an understatement. Extremely professional cordial and informative. Mr Carswell’s knowledge of building practices and reasons for my issues were spot on. Carswell Construction and Restoration is an amazing company to work with! We had two water lines burst under our concrete slab that our house is built on. They were the first company we called for the restoration. They responded immediately and came to our home ready to start the restoration. Due to some confusion with our insurance company that day, they were not the company that was hired and performed the mitigation part of the project. We were not satisfied with the mitigation work done by the other company, so we canceled that contract and called Bill Carswell and explained our situation. He kindly agreed to pick up the project and began working with us that day to finish some mitigation work not completed by the first company and beautifully completed the repair of our home from the water damage. Bill and his crew were very easy to work with. They kept us up to date on when the crew would be at our house each day. All of the employees we worked with were very knowledgable and friendly to be around. We were living in our home while the repair work was being done so it was nice having a crew of guys that had a sense of humor and happily answered all of our never ending questions. Part of our damage repair included replacing our kitchen cabinets. Our insurance company only approved replacement of lower kitchen cabinets. Bill worked for weeks with our insurance company to get approval for new upper and lower cabinets due to not being able to match original uppers with new lowers. We really appreciated his determination to get that approval. If you need any type of work done related to restoration or construction, we highly recommend Bill Carswell and his crew.

Bill, Daniel, Adam and the team were excellent. They helped us with an emergency, mitigation, an unexpected discovery during a demolition, and then an extremely fast floor installation. They were communicative, professional, quick and also worked with our insurance company. We are really grateful and should we require work in the future that they could perform, we are eager to once again work together.

Bill, and his crew went over and above , in our storm related loss. Brent, Daniel, Pete did great in our repairs to ceilings and Dustin and his helper did an excellent job repairing our Bedroom walls and painting . Our house suffered major damage during Hurricane Helene, and Carswell Construction put it all back together.

A 42"-wide, 200'-tall oak tree smashed through our house, front to back. Then, we got 20"+ of rain through the 15'-wide opening. Nearly every room had some type of damage.

Carswell provided turnkey services. The first crew came a day or so after the arborist removed the tree to tarp the roof, remove wet materials, dry out the house, and apply biocide. From structural repairs to roofing, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, tile, and finishing touches -- they did it all.

Every member of the team was the utmost professional. Bill Carswell, the owner, was personally involved. Daniel Miller and Adam King kept me informed of scheduling and helped source finishing touches so the crew would get those materials in a timely manner.

I give Carswell Construction my strongest recommendation, and would call them again for another project in a heartbeat. My commendations to the team.
