Located at naturally divine location of Rishikesh, by the side of holy Ganges river since 2004, Akhand Ashram offers 200, 300, and 500 hour yoga teacher training courses for individuals. Selected candidates can train and live at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram and learn the art of aligning their physical, emotional, and intuitive self through 5 Akhanda elements of practice and 5 Akhanda energetic principles. Online yoga training classes are offered for those who cannot stay at the Ashram. It is recognised by the Yoga Alliance and its team of yoga training teachers are vastly experienced and knowledgeable about Indian wisdom traditions.
