All Akhanda Yoga classes are structured systematically yet artfully to align the physical, energetic, mental/emotional and intuitive self through the five elements of practice and the five energetic principles. Primarily located at naturally divine location of Rishikesh, by the side of holy Ganges river since 2004, Akhanda Yoga offers 200, 300, and 500 hour yoga teacher training courses for individuals. It is recognised by the Yoga Alliance and its team of yoga training teachers are vastly experienced and knowledgeable about Indian wisdom traditions. Selected candidates can train and live at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram. Online yoga training classes are offered for those who cannot stay at the Ashram. Akhanda Yoga Online allows practitioners to experience the full array of Akhanda class styles for different times of day, inclinations and purposes: Akhanda for Beginners, Intermediate and Dynamic, Five Koshas, Inner Reprogramming, Hatha-Raja and Classical Kundalini.
