**Not a knock on the dance programs run out of this studio. **Huge knock on the individual/group that owns the studio.
***
1. Heat is not turned on. Waiting area is freezing cold during winter months. There is a gas fireplace that has a Do Not Touch sign on it. Even when we have to ignore the sign because it is so cold, it lets off little heat.
2. The WiFi does not extend to the parking lot. This is a huge deal since that area of Hockessin does not get cell phone service. When ownership would not let parents in the studio during the hight of COVID, it was requested that the studio get a WiFi booster that would extend to the parking lot. Many parents need WiFi to work when dance lessons are occuring. Ownership refused to this simple request.
3. Ownership watches the parents on the cameras and reports in real time what they are observing. Nitpicking stuff.
4. The front desk staff (evenings) are some of the rudest people. The several that work regularly definitely make it be known that they are annoyed that people are in the studio.
5. Masks - first the sign says masks if you are vaccinated. Ownership then calls the studio to report unmasked adults in the waiting area (see #3). Naturally they changed the sign afterwards. How about getting it right the first time and knowing what your policy is.

There is always hope that ownership will get bored and sell. Here's to hoping.

I am so glad that I decided to join the RDS family. My son loves coming to see Miss Emily :). With the large wait area, it is nice to be able to watch him on television screens and to see what they are working on. The staff is so kind, it really is a family. RDS is truly the best!!!

Radiance Dance Studio is a beautiful facility! Miss. Emily makes class really enjoyable. Not having danced in a very long time it was wonderful to be able to join an adult class. It is so much fun!
