I had such a great experience at Access Storage thanks to Nina and Harleen. They helped me so much throughout the whole process and made everything feel easy and stress-free. Their customer service was absolutely amazing — both of them were kind, patient, professional, and took the time to reassure me and answer all of my questions. We are from the U.S. and my uOttawa student needed a place to store her items during the summer months. The Vantage store was accommodating, helpful, communicative, and understanding of our situation. We acquired a unit quickly and easily. The security was great and we felt comfortable leaving our items over the summer. The area was clean, dry and well kept. When we returned after 3 1/2 months, my student’s items were in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

Great staff, everytime i emailed them they always answered very quick. I put my trailer in storage and got it out no problem, this place is very clean and 24 hours camera on site as well. Always great things to say about them. I will be definitely be back. They are always willing to help. My dad needed help to park his trailer in the storage and they helped him no problem. Amazing and professional people. This was my 2 year with the storage and I will be returning again when the summer season is over.

Both gentlemen were very courteous, understanding and determined in helping me sort out the exact storage I would need. Instead of a “mechanical” manner of customer service, I received a “human” approach to customer service. Well done and appreciated, to have someone actual listen and communicate effectively. Completed my first need of storage and interaction with Quinton and his colleague (sorry forgot his name) I didn’t have his card - were stellar in their customer service - i definitely would recommend Access to everyone. Access Storage is a lovely storage facility with a fair rate. It has several locations across the country and you can book your storage before arrivals.The staffs are pleasant and welcoming and easy to communicate with.
