Sara, was very professional and explained everything to us to our satisfaction. Her expertise got our home sold in a matter of days. I would recommend Sara to all my friends and family. If I need any type of housing help in the future I will definitely chose Sara. Thank you for everything you did to make this transition easy and enjoyable.

10 out of 10. Working with Sara has been an absolute pleasure. The first time was a purchase, I was so impressed with her knowledge and experience, I won the house solely because of her! The second was a sale, and man oh man, I know the market is good, but it was so easy and sold in 4 days well above asking! It was so amazing to work with someone so knowledgeable! If you are buying or selling Sara will get it done for you! A million stars if I could!

Sara is a woman of her word . I was recommended to Sara through a mutual friend
A close elderly friend needed to sell his rental property and the tenant neglected the property
Despite the condition of the home , the property was in a desirable location and the home salvageable
As soon as the eviction was processed Sara wasted no time in getting the home sold , in winter months for a very fair price and in less time than we anticipated .
She listened to the desire of the owner and instead of just ditching the property on the first offer , she took several offers and negotiated fairly and equitably for my friend who was extremely pleased with sara and ger efforts
Sara always stays in contact and is reachable
She walked my friend through the paperwork and made it easier on him
as an elderly man
And went way above and beyond to seek a family to purchase this property and home
She well exceeded our expectations and we will highly recommend her for your real estate needs
We can write all day about Sara and her excellence in real estate
You will definitely get the best service with a person that truly listens with Sara

Sara is fantastic! I referred a friend to her who was very anxious about the selling process, and Sara immediately put them at ease. She contacted my friend promptly, stayed in consistent communication, and guided them through every step with professionalism and care. The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and my friend couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend Sara!
