As an interior design studio we worked with Cedar Pointe Homes on a Parade of Homes house here in Southern Utah. We loved working with them and their team. They were always willing to do what it takes to complete a successful project. They were highly focused on people and their experience using and living in the home. They have a very collaborative mindset striving to be a team, internally and with their subcontractors. The house turned out beautiful and it was great to collaborate with them.

I've have bought a number of new homes before and by far buying a home built by Cedar Pointe Homes was the worst experience ever.
If you're looking for a homebuilder that cuts corners at every turn, believes in cheap shoddy work, with some of the areas worst sub-contractors, you'll find it with Cedar Pointe.
My advice to anyone who finds themselves interested in a Cedar Pointe Home is to run in the opposite direction and thank me later...

Cedar Pointe Homes are the best custom home builder I've seen in southern Utah. They built our home in St George and it is beautiful. They are very easy to work with, dependable, trustworthy, and they do great work. Highly recommended.

We love working with Cedar Pointe homes. We have worked with them on many homes now in the Desert Color community, and they’ve always exceeded our expectations of how awesome a house can be! They are so easy to work with, and will go above and beyond. Create a beautiful home for you. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I have been through the homebuilding process a number of times, but this was my first experience Cedar Pointe Homes. Although there were some bumps in the process I have to say that Cedar Pointe Homes was the most honest, ethical, homebuilding organization that I have ever worked with. They were also very communicative during the construction phases. We received regular video updates and well as email communications. I would highly recommend them to build your home.
