I started almost a year ago on my weight loss journey and happen to see ILKB on Groupon. My daughter and I had our first class and signed up that same day. I have the best time working out, loosing weight and calories, and having fun. The trainers are great with positive attitudes, are are always super helpful. Could not be happier with the decision I made to join.
