Pleasantly surprised. It's clean again. This location was lacking for awhile. Not anymore! Bathroom was spotless. Food was hot. Counter person was pleasant.

I went to this location on 12/12/25 at 8:05pm.
I waited 10 minutes for a classic chicken sandwich and they gave me two tenders on a bun instead of a filet. No one mentioned they ran out of the correct chicken for the sandwich either. Plus the cherry on top was how wild the kitchen employees were when I pulled up. Cursing and screaming like they were at home. The employee at the window, Ashley, was the only one that understood and gave me a refund. Everyone else needs to find a new job.

I ordered a small order of fries for my toddler, by the time I was at the window they handed them to me. I looked and tasted, very dry old reheated over and over fries chewy like plastic!! Never coming back to this place again!

I ordered at the drive thru. When I got to work and checked my food I noticed that the famous bowl didn't have any gravy and the mac n cheese was particularly burnt, looked like it was scrapped off the bottom of the pan and tasted like that as well.

This is my second terrible experience here in the past month but it will be my last. Last time I got a bucket of chicken to share with my coworkers but it wasn't seasoned and just tasted like old grease.

We haven’t had KFC in a long time and wanted to try out their new chicken strips! Wow just wow! They are so amazing and full of flavor! Very meaty!!! We will have to come back again!!!! Also their new sauce is pretty tasty! The service was patient as we were trying to figure out what we wanted!!!
