I travel all over the country for my job and eat out often. I also evaluate customer service as a part of my job as a consultant in community banking. I rarely write reviews but this was such a clear 5 star experience on multiple levels that I felt compelled. It was my first time at Good Evans even though I live in Lincoln about a mile away. Kirstin was our server and her service quality was off the chart - friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and engaging. I ordered the Nebraska Bene and was blown away. To say it was an elevated eggs benedict is an understatement. The restaurant was clean, contemporary, and well run. Though the food was outstanding, a key reason I want to return and share this place with others is the experience that Kirstin created for my friend and me. Well done, Kirstin. Good Evans is better because of you and your people skills will translate into success in many industries.

Was really craving a yummy breakfast out on the road and I found this spot. I am so happy I decided to stop in.

To start, when I walked in the friendly hostess quickly sat me. After being sat my waitress came up and asked me a couple questions and I got my food ordered.

My food came out about 10-15 minutes later and everything was perfect. This might have been one of the best omelets I’ve ever had. The eggs were fluffy and very flavorful and the meat and veggies inside was fresh.

Overall there isn’t anything to knock about this place. Even the ambiance and bathrooms were fantastic.

5/5! Would come back.

The brunch we had here was great. Loved the chicken salad bowl and chicken sandwich. The staff were awesome as well. The place is very lively, even in weekdays.

There was a wait when we got here but nothing outrageous. The waitress was happy and smiling. Even thou she was busy she still answered some questions we had. The food was amazing. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and man that was good. It was thick and crispy. My wife had had the Nebraska bene and she is a picky eater. She absolutely loved it!

Busy Sunday before Easter and they were very quick. Wonderful food and large portions. Staff is so friendly.
