We went through the drive through. Their chicken is flavorful. We probably waited in a parking spot for 15 minutes for our food and then still didn't get the correct side with a meal and had to go in. They were very friendly and fixed the issue right away.

You wanna talk incompetent management, this is the place!!! Instead of being greeted you get attitude and when your order is taken WRONG by the MANAGER himself instead of making it right he insults you and tells you it’s not his problem. Yelling like i was a grown man cause he didn’t understand two boxes not one. Yet became calm when my husband walked in. Daryl deserves that manager position, customer service was given in replace of Mr.angry chicken and he made the order quickly trying to make it right!

I want expecting much from KFC. But my kids were really keen to try it. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken, but the mashed potatoes and gravy definitely are more processed than what I remember from the 90s. I ordered online and was a little disappointed but the absence of any employees at the inside counter to give me the food, but they really were pretty quick to respond when I told them I was there for a pick up. I won't order online next time because sitting in the plastic bag wrap definitely made the fries and chicken a bit soggier than I would like. Overall, a much better experience than other customers are rating it.

Should be 0 stars I received disgusting rotten chicken. ( pics below ) Fortunately I was able to notice this before my children had consumed it. I however wasn’t as lucky. Upon calling the store to ask for a refund I was told that I couldn’t receive one from the store because the “ KFC APP ISNT CONNECTED TO THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION. That’s what a Manager told me. I hope the safety standards improve and that the health department does a full inspection. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

I was so excited to see a free 8 PC bucket with a 15 dollar purchase. Boy, was I mistaken. Wate of money. I ordered large sides, and it was a quarter of a cup. The chicken was way overcooked, in oil or something new. Transitioned! I was hopeful they would make a comeback. Service on the phone was friendly and so respectful. Go inside to pick up...wait 7 minutes because no one is helping the lost new girl. All in all, I will be going to Canes and Chik Fila. Shame
