Not EVERYONE was nice, but I wouldn't want to give four stars just because of one person with an attitude When the others seem to be doing a great job, doing theirs! The food was so good and fresh and it was clean. The order was completely correct and we ordered a lot of food between four of us. We ate inside. A bit of a wait, but there was a long drive thru line so chalked it up to that

Ms. Tina at the Drive thru speaker needs to gain some customer service skills or find a new job. She’s so rude to customers as well as the staff. I came to order a meal on my lunch break and as I pull up to the drive thru, I can hear someone on the speaker but, they didn’t say anything to me.. no greeting or anything. I said “hello” a few times and finally received a response. I ordered.. while Tina was responding rudely and impatiently and when I was done ordering, she told me to pull around but did not give me the total. I asked for it, and she told me to “pull around and then you’ll find out”. Only reason i’m giving 2 stars is because of the kind girl who helped me at the window.

I ordered the #12 comb with a biscuit. When I get my food I open the box and it’s old chicken that’s been sitting under the light for hours so when I go in to complain the manager get
a attitude . The place inside stinks real bad and when they make it over they just give me wings. Rachel and her staff has a very nasty attitude and I’m requesting the general manager reach out to me because this attitude like this make people like me goes to other businesses.

So I arrived KFC went to go inside the doors were locked there weren't any cars in the parking lot so I drove around and drive through menu board was turned off there was no lights on it then when I drove past the window I can see people inside so I stopped to see if they were open or not when the manager white lady skinny white lady caught a really bad attitude with me she said anyone with common sense would have stopped at the intercom to let her know they were there and I told her I tried to come in the front doors and they were locked and the lights were off on their conversation on the rest of the building and she basically almost dropped my food handed it to me turn around and walked off extremely rude in 100% out of place

Didn't get to order any food because the "Manager" was very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and asked if they could give me a second. Once I let her know I was ready to order she got on the mic and said "If you gonna order then order" in a very rude demeanor. I asked was she speaking to me and then she said she's not taking my order. Very unprofessional.
