Come in to have dinner on Friday night and it was pretty busy at the time but not a problem for the staff. Megan was our server and she was certainly on top of it! Our food came quickly, she checked on our table often, kept our drinks full, and she was very sweet, kind, and had a smile the entire time! The AGM Braxton was the manager on duty. He was helping run food, clean and bus tables, and doing table touches with guests to make sure they are enjoying the experience as well. Definitely recommend stopping into mellow for multiple reasoning! The service is great, the food comes out hot and quickly and tasting delicious and to top it off the set up of the restaurant is pretty cool too.

Just recently started going to Mellow Mushroom. I can’t believe I’ve been missing out this entire time! The food is always incredible. Even if you’re not in a “pizza mood” the wings and salad are sooo good along with many other options. Best garlic Parmesan wings I’ve ever had! My server was Karley, and she was fantastic. Even though there was a dinner rush, we still received great service and everything came out fast. She made sure our drinks were full and brought us to-go boxes. Braxton, the manager, came by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. He was so kind, and made great recommendations on his favorite menu items. I’m always made to feel so welcomed at MM. I’m already looking forward to my next meal there!

Had lunch at Mellow Mushroom and it was a great deal.

The lunch special came with a huge slice of pepperoni pizza and a side Greek salad. The salad was surprisingly large for a side and loaded with fresh vegetables. The pizza slice itself was enormous, cooked perfectly, and had great flavor. Definitely one of the better lunch specials around for the price.

I don’t exactly know how to rate this correctly, but I gave the Service two stars. It’s not because the Server was not attentive and did not take care of us. The complaint lies in the fact that in the men’s room, there was no toilet paper or paper towel towels to dry your hands after washing. I told our server about the issue and then I witnessed someone from the back of the house go into the men’s room and walk out air, drying their hands by shaking them around. All the while no one ever addressed the issue.

Over the years this place has gone downhill. We have tried to go and hope for the best but so many times the place is empty but the service takes forever. Ordered some pizza & wings this weekend to be delivered. The door-dash guy (they contract this out) sent me multiple messages letting me know that the food was taking a long time well past the projected pick-up time. Not a big deal...When the pizza / wings arrived they were cold, the pizza was not cut on half of a side. My drink was missing. My bill was $53.69. This was for a medium pizza, wings, a "tip for the crew", and the drink ($5) I did not receive. I called and spoke to three people before having a leave a message. Do better Mellow Mushroom. The quality control is "out of control". Do better.

High Volume smaller chain pizzeria. Its pizza is hit or miss. I’ve posted a picture of a good delivery order and an inedible delivery order. The place is inconsistent and you just never know whether it would be a good day or a bad day at this Mellow Mushroom location.
